Technical-debt liquidation & email recovery
Migrated PHP 7.4 → 8.x for WooCommerce 10.8+, replaced default PHP mail with WP Mail SMTP (authenticated to Gmail/Yahoo), and set up 7-day renewal alerts to cut involuntary churn.
